Excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and delicious food every single day! But what made this stay truly special was waiter Ismim Firet – always smiling, helpful, and incredibly attentive to guests. People like him make you feel right at home. The hotel is lucky to have such dedicated and warm-hearted staff. Thank you for everything – we will definitely come back!
We were slightly disappointed with the quality of the food and the level of cleanliness at the hotel. Apart from that, there were no other inconveniences. The staff, particularly the waiters, were extremely polite and hardworking, with special commendation to waiter Firat for his exceptional service.
The hotel is very nice. The staff is very kind and polite. The city beach is like 5 minutes from hotel and other beaches can be reached 15min - 30min with bus.

It is a very nice hotel , which is in the centre of the town, very nice location. The food is very nice, the rooms are always clean with new towels and other essentials. A very big thank you to Mojgan - one of the receptionists - very kind, helpful, funny person, everything you need she will make it happen. You will not regret coming to this hotel!

We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of August. We are very pleased with all the compliments. The hotel is not newer, but everything is very clean. They are very kind, we had half board. The food is excellent. Considering that it is a 3-star hotel, the choice of food is varied. We are very satisfied with the service and food.
We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were decent, and the play area and pool were fun, especially for the kids. Our only complaint is that the triple rooms don’t have a balcony, which would have been nice to have. ↕ The housekeeping staff also deserve special praise – the rooms were always clean and well-maintained, and we were truly pleased. We would also like to give special recognition to the woman working at reception during the day – always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. She solved every issue quickly and with a smile. All compliments for her professionalism – she truly deserves a raise
